Subscription Management
Navigate to the URL: http://FQDN/admin/account/subscriptions
to access subscription management page.
Replace [FQDN] with your IDHub Application URL.
Subscription Management Page
This page shows all the subscriptions (purchased/canceled) as shown in the screenshot above. When you click on one of the subscription card, it would show the details page for that subscription. The details page shows the following information:
- Subscription details.
- Invoice history.
- Subscription purchase date.
- Next renewal period
- Billed to user details.
- Actions.
Possible Actions
Manage
To upgrade or downgrade the number of users in your subscription, click on the Manage
button located in the subscription card as shown in the screenshot below:
Or you can go to the subscription details page and then click on the Manage
button located at the bottom of the page, as shown in the screenshot below:
You can either increase the number of users (if you want to upgrade) or decrease the number of users (if you want to downgrade). The amount would be prorated in the next invoice amount accordingly. After updating the number of users in your subscription, click on the Manage
button again and IDHub would update your subscription accordingly.
Cancel Subscription
To cancel the subscription, click on the 3-dot menu, and then click on the Cancel Subscription
option menu located in the subscription card as shown in the screenshot below:
Or you can go to the subscription details page and click on the 3-dot menu located at the bottom of the page in the subscription details page (see screenshot above) and click on the Cancel Subscription
option menu.
Then you will be prompted to enter the reason for the cancellation. After entering the reason for the cancellation, click on the button Cancel Subscription
button again. The subscription would then be cancelled, and you would be redirected to the account management dashboard.
Filters available
There are filters in the right-hand side section of the page, which would help you to filter the list of subscriptions. The filters available are as follows:
- Active.
- Expired.
- Cancelled.
You can also filter the list of subscriptions based on date range as well as is shown in the screenshot below:
